Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a Project Coordinator. The right incumbent

will assist senior management in the organization and implementation of our ongoing projects. The role reports directly to Management and is based in Athens, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Representing Steering Committee to the Funding Authority
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • Collecting and analyzing data associated with the project and providing reports on project outcomes
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving problems by implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Being point of contact for various working groups and coordinating efforts to facilitate project objectives
  • Monitoring the implementation of the project and overseeing day-to-day project progress deliverables

Job requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical)
  • At least 5 years of experience in handling EU/National investment programs and with at least 2 years of handling such programs from a position of responsibility
  • Experience in organizing and implementing project management systems for large, complex and long-term projects
  • Experience in analyzing data and providing relevant reports as required by the company, national and EU authorities
  • Fluency in English
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Greek, English and German (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise large groups of teams dedicated to the project
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a person capable of dealing with the ups and downs of a big project
