Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a New Product Development Procurement Engineer who reports directly to the Lithium Sourcing Manager and is based in Athens, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:

• Involvement in product development from procurement side. Look for potential suppliers, identify materials/specifications and suggest alternatives
• Negotiate prices for pilots, testing and manage contracts
• Create sourcing strategies and develop strategic partnerships
• Track new product development inventories and new needs
• Support all new product development teams road maps and connect with buyers in order to secure supplies
• Track budget for procurement of new materials
• Develop understanding with suppliers for the new needed products and benchmark offers

• Bachelor's Degree (AEI) in Material Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or other science discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing areas in structured organization
• Capability to negotiate
• Strategic mindset
• Advanced skills using MS Office
• Fluent knowledge of Greek and English language
