Junior Lab Scientist

We are currently looking for an ingenious Lab Scientist to join our R&D Team in Xanthi, Greece. As a Lab Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work in a very dynamic environment, to grow within the company and to enhance your knowledge in the battery sector.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Define DoE to be performed
• Perform experiments in the laboratory, assembling pouch and coin cells
• Prepare detailed reports on the experiments
• Collect raw data and prepare detailed reports
• Engage in technical discussion with external and internal collaborators

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrochemistry or equivalent is preferred
• Master’s degree in Electrochemistry or relevant field is an asset
• Fluent in English, both writing & speaking
• Experience in fabrication of pouch and coin cell
• Experience in analytical technics for the characterization of the intermediate products of a battery
• Experience in electrochemical analysis of a battery
• Knowledge of the following analytical techniques: Rheology, SEM, XRD, PSA, ICP, TGA, DSC, K-F moisture tester, GC-MS, tensile strength test, optical microscope is necessary
