Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our Production Department in Neo Olvio, Xanthi. The role is responsible for analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing and implementing solutions to optimize production processes. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to support the production process and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.


Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collect and analyze production data using statistical software tools
  • Develop and maintain databases to organize and store production data
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate data analysis findings to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate production performance metrics
  • Assist in the development of production plans and schedules
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all data collection and analysis activities

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a production environment
  • Experience working with KPIs and data analysis tools will be considered a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English & Greek
  • Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
