Industrialization Process Engineer

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Industrialization Engineer to join our Industrialization Team in Xanthi, Greece. The right incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of new machines, implementation of new products and setting up new processes related to production.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:

• Design processes and material’s flow for new products
• Composition of RFQ documents for automated/semi-automated equipment aiming to accomplish mass production
• Evaluation of equipment’s specification
• Analysis of technical risks related to downtime and PFMEA aspects
• Communication and technical support with suppliers for industrial solutions.
• Improve current Production processes for quality improvement and cost reduction
• Composition of documentation related to the purchased equipment
• System implementation of new Products (i.e SAP)
• Production support
• Personnel training

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Greek native language
• Good math and technical skills
• Understanding of Cad Drawings
• Knowledge of automation
• Communication skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work in projects that combine mechanical, electrical and automation technical details
