Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to join our Production Management team in Xanthi, Greece. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of new engineering projects related to the process of transitioning new products from the design phase to full-scale production within the organization as well as the implementation and achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets with the best functional and efficient way.


Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of industrial engineering projects related to new machinery/production lines, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Works closely with design teams to provide input on design choices that optimize manufacturing processes, reduce production costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Maintaining communication with suppliers and internal customers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the performance of industrial engineering projects and ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Supervises and motivates the team, focusing on creating a high performing culture.
  • Provides support for work relevant issues and recommends adjustments in job training to improve productivity and efficiency according to manufacturing principles.
  • Monitors the safe usage of equipment, safeguard that all employees follow the H&S procedures as required and makes recommendation to H&S team for improvement if needed.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of working experience in industrial/manufacturing environments and at least 3+ years in a Managerial position.
  • BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) - MSc is a must.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge; SAP use will be highly appreciated.
  • Fluency in English & Greek.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Stong people management skills, self-motivation and teamwork mentality.
  • Demonstration of analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
