Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group is looking to attract Senior Subsidiaries Commercial Growth professionals to join our Strategy & EU Commercial Subsidiaries team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.

The right incumbents will be part of the core team responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring EMEA Subsidiaries strategy, focusing on commercial growth, operational improvement, as well as inorganic expansion. Group's EMEA Subsidiaries are based in Germany, Italy, UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Israel, and Romania.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include

• Responsibility and close monitoring of subsidiaries’ commercial performance / budget
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for commercial growth and operational improvement
• Develop analytical models (e.g., business cases) for special ad-hoc commercial and operational projects to be implemented in the subsidiary companies
• Act as project manager for cross-functional projects (e.g. integration of new acquisitions)
• Regular interaction with the C-level executives of subsidiaries, for the accurate collection of data related to commercial performance, market trends, competitors, and market share opportunities
• Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. sales, procurement, finance, or legal functions/advisors)
• Build communication material and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and top-management

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics with excellent academic record
• Job seniority levels of experience up to 5 years & up to 10 years in relevant commercial / strategy roles
• Track record in managing work streams and delivering in fast paced and demanding environments
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthetize information from multiple sources and recognize complex correlations
• Team player mentality
• Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in Greek and English
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, commitment to deliver high quality results
• Frequent travelling shall be required in the subsidiary countries
