Junior Cell Product Engineer

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a Cell Product Engineer, in Xanthi, Greece. 

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Define product KPIs and specification
• Design and develop Li-ion cells to pass customer qualifying
• Deliver robust design to manufacturing concept
• Support the Cell Process Team in defining DoE
• Support in technical discussion with raw material suppliers
• Prepare the BOMs (CAD & SAP)
• Collaborate with production engineers to ensure smooth production handover. Perform Assembly Steps in new product development

• 2+ years experience in product design & development
• 1+ project experience in mass production, role as the project leader is a plus
• Master Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Electrochemical background is a plus
• Fluent in English, both writing & speaking
