We are looking to hire an Buyer who will work with team to define product needs that align with our objectives within the financial framework that meets or exceeds our production plans.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Market research & competition analysis 
  • Negotiation with suppliers / targets - goals setting based on quantities required
  • Contracts preparation / Maintaining relationships with suppliers and expanding existing supplier base
  • Create and Monitoring purchase orders & contracts Ensure smooth operation of the production, meeting all the required standards
  • Creating reports for the management team according to procurement’s procedure
  • Resolution of discrepancies/claims
  • Maintain supplier’s data files purchase orders, lead times and vendor information into ERP system
  • Update relevant files for purchases including delivery documents in corresponding suppliers’ folders
  • Delivery schedule & payment forecast

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Knowledge of SAP - Required
  • Supply Chain or/and logistic coordinator certification good to have
  • Strong negotiation’s skills & understanding of supply chain management concepts. 
  • Communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
