Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Administrator - Receptionist to join our team. The position is based in Komotini Recycling Plant, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handles all administrative support responsibilities for the company.
  • Handles Call Center of the Plant
  • Be responsible for visitors
  • Be responsible for travel arrangements
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external partners.
  • Supports the implementation of ad hoc projects when necessary

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree on AEI level
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • 1+ years of working experience (preferably in a similar position)
